What is a storage condo?

It’s an enclosed garage unit that you can own outright, lease, or buy as an investment. Toy Shack Storage units are built for boats, RVs, trucks, trailers, off-road vehicles, classic cars, motorcycles and other high-value equipment, and owners can build them out with storage systems, work areas or a personal showroom.

At Laughlin Ranch, units have automatic 14-foot overhead doors, overhead lights and 20-amp power. Owners and tenants have 24/7 access, and the gate and garage open from a phone app.

Buy, lease or invest

There are three ways in, and the team can walk you through each one.

Buy. Units at Laughlin Ranch are listed for sale. On Toy Shack Storage’s price list as of October 1, 2026, the units available to buy run from $76,000 for a 14 x 40 unit to $242,000 for an 18.5 x 75 pull-through. Some Building A units add a private bathroom and shop sink. List prices don’t include the HOA, taxes or electrical service fees. The HOA is $500 a year. Lease-to-own and owner financing are also available.

Lease. Units at Laughlin Ranch also lease by the month. On the October 1, 2026 price list, a 14 x 40 unit leases for $462 a month and a 14 x 45 for $520. Twelve-month leases are available.

Invest. You can buy a unit and lease it out, or buy units that are already leased, so the income is in place from the start. Talk to a tax professional about how a unit fits your plans.

Prices and availability change, so ask the team for the current list before you plan around a number.

Why locals buy them

Builders here only recently started offering homes with RV garages or garages deep enough for a boat, and HOA rules or lot size can keep a trailer out of the driveway. A storage condo keeps your toys close, covered and secured without giving up the house you want.
