Before entering real estate, she worked as a special needs teacher and server — roles that taught her patience, empathy, and how to connect deeply with people, all qualities that now define her approach with clients and her team alike.

As the Team Lead of The Hassell Team’s Kingman office, Torri is both a mentor and motivator — the kind of leader who lifts others up while keeping things fun and approachable. She’s a proud mom of two girls and fills her world with creativity, whether she’s painting, drawing, or learning to play the banjo.

What is your proudest moment?
My proudest moment is my personal growth as both a person and agent. Becoming a mother has humbled me and becoming a team lead has pushed me to be an advocate for my people and my clients.
What is your biggest challenge?
My biggest challenge is getting in my own way; I am my biggest critic and will constantly push myself to do better and be better against myself.
What is your perfect day?
My perfect day is spending quality time with my family and friends.
Dream profession if you weren't in real estate?
My dream profession would be a musician or artist. I still actively try to be creative when I am not on the real estate grind.
What is one item on your bucket list?
One item on my bucket list is to take my family around the world to experience new things and meet different people.
What is your favorite movie?
I love movies and will watch almost any movie, except gruesome horror movies.... Those I cannot watch (nightmares!)
The Hustle Speaks
Victorria was awesome! We moved from out of state and came out last year and she showed us some properties and gave us a run down of this area. When we were ready to move we contacted her again and she found us a place right away. We love it! And when we had bumps in the road with escrow and started to panic she was very helpful and reassuring. Victorria is very sweet and made the whole process much less stressful. Would definitely recommend her!
