My name is Mike Williams, and I am proud to be a part of The Hassell Team. I have always enjoyed helping people, which is one of the reasons real estate has been such a rewarding career for me. Whether I am helping a first-time buyer find the perfect home, assisting a seller through the process, or working with an investor, my goal is always to provide honest guidance, strong communication, and exceptional service.
Outside of real estate, I am a lifelong motorsports enthusiast and the 2020 Arizona AMA/AMRA State Champion in the 40+ B Class. Racing taught me the value of hard work, dedication, and perseverance—qualities I bring to every client relationship.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me spending time with family and friends, exploring Arizona's outdoors, or riding dirt bikes. I believe some of the best days are the ones that combine a little adventure, great company, and an Arizona sunset.

What is your proudest moment?
Winning the 2020 Arizona AMA/AMRA State Championship in the 40+ B Class. It was the culmination of years of hard work, dedication, and perseverance, and remains one of the accomplishments I'm most proud of.
What is your biggest challenge?
My biggest challenge is saying no. I genuinely enjoy helping people, which sometimes leads me to take on more than I should. Over time, I've learned that setting priorities allows me to better serve my clients, family, and community.
What is your perfect day?
My perfect day is one that includes a little adventure and a lot of quality time. I'd start the morning on a dirt bike, spend the afternoon with family and friends, and finish the day relaxing with good food, great conversation, and an Arizona sunset.
Dream profession if you weren't in real estate?
My dream profession would be in the off-road motorcycle racing industry. Racing has been a passion of mine for most of my life, and if I weren't helping clients achieve their real estate goals, I'd likely be pursuing a career as a racer or working somewhere within the motocross and off-road racing world.
What is one item on your bucket list?
Driving a legitimate trophy truck. As a lifelong motorsport’s enthusiast, the opportunity to get behind the wheel of a professionally built trophy truck and experience that level of performance would be a dream come true.
What is your favorite movie?
The Big Lebowski. It's one of those movies that never gets old. The humor, unique characters, and endless quotable lines make it a classic that I can watch repeatedly.
